Vector76 – Virtual Conferencing

With air travel worldwide occasionally disrupted, due to the volcanic ash clouds, strikes or whatever Vector76 can assist in providing your company with a virtual conferencing solution that can help you fullfil meeting commitments anywhere in the world.

Office suite or conference hire is available on a daily or annual basis for companies who need to keep their conference programmes and scheduled meetings going without leaving the office.

Our Virtual Conference Centre provides access for  upto 150 people (avatars) within a highly secure and private virtual environment based in virtual NewcastleGateshead in Second Life. Avatars
can meet in realtime without the need for expensive time consuming travel.

Facilities include inbuilt VOIP (Voice over IP), live audio and video streaming and full integration and display of conventional web content (including Flash).

Although the use of Second Life is relatively easy, additional training can be provided in person by our partners in 36 countries worldwide.
