“Vector76 worked with us during the bidding process for Great Exhibition of the North 2018. In line with our brief and within a very short timescale, they developed a VR experience which would both showcase some of NewcastleGateshead’s cultural venues and iconic spaces as well as helping to demonstrate our creative, digital and tech ambitions for the event. The innovative and immersive experience undoubtedly helped to set us apart at the final judging stage.” Kathie Wilcox Marketing and Communications Director NewcastleGateshead Initiative

We're delighted to team up with Vector76 for a range of exciting new VR based projects, they've been developing content in the VR space for some six or seven years now and therefore a no brainer to partner up with them for our 360 Sessions VR roll out.Eric CookManaging Director, Quantum VR“Northumbrian Water were delighted with the concepts the team came up with, and really hadn’t expected the prototypes to be so well developed. It just shows what can be achieved in a short space of time when you have creative people and a well-defined process for them to follow.”Paul SutherlandSenior Partner, +Add Strategy
Following the success of the recent NWL Design Sprint we are pleased to announce our involvement in the next stage of enhancing the customer experience for NWL starting early in 2016. With the water industry deregulation in 2017, meaning that customers can potentially choose which company supplies their water, NWL were keen to build on the relationships with existing customers. Since for many people the main point of contact is the water bill, they saw that as a key way to enhance this relationship. Our collective brief was to simplify the presentation of the bill, explaining the content, and showing customers exactly how the money is spent, and helping them to reduce water usage. We developed an augmented reality App protoype to show how much water a customer had used that quarter helping customers see where the money for their bill is spent on delivering and improving the water in their area.
